» The Thermo Scientific Model HPA2245M large-volume analog hot plate has a 12 x 24-inch aluminum top plate, a temperature range of 120V, and a cast aluminum top plate that provides even heat distribution and chip resistance, coated with epoxy for greater chemical resistance. It has analog temperature control via a knob-controlled thermostat. Its perforated stainless steel housing provides air circulation around the internal controls to prevent overheating. A pilot light indicates the heating cycle. This hot plate is used to heat glassware and liquid solutions for scientific applications.
